Unable to send an Email Attachment via a scheduled job action. Observations are:

1. Can successfully send JobNotification emails from workspace.

2. The BQY job fails with this error message in the job log: "Export failed. Error Sending Mail".

3. The following error messages may exisit in the server_messages_IRJobService.log file in Debug Mode:
