Symptoms

When trying to open a Financial Reporting (FR) report the following error message occurs:

Required application module reporting.reportviewer is not configured

The FR log also shows this error:

[FinancialReporting0] [ERROR] [00036] [oracle.EPMFR.core.reporting.webviewer.FRServiceADM] Failed to initialize Financial Reporting Analytic Data Model Service[[java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/hyperion/ap/adm/HssAdm
