You log into Answers/Dashboards.
You click on user name -> selects My Accounts -> Preferences tab.
If you make any changes and save them, the following error occurs:
Exception occured when saving user preferences to the catalog access denied for user to path /users/<username>/_prefs/userprefsxmlstore.
