Parse Error on Linux when Importing Dimensions via MaxL

Confirmed Bug Status on 01-03-2011
1. MaxL script importing dimensions does not work when using a Linux server.
2. Using the same script on a Windows machine works fine.
login 'admin' 'password' on 'servername';
import database 'DBName' dimensions connect as 'user' identified by 'password' using server rules_file 'RulesFileName' on error write to '/opt/hyperion/err.err';
3. Receive the following error:
"Statement executes with warnings. @ (1) Syntax error near ['$']"
