Users cannot Login to Hyperion Planning Application after it was Duplicated in Same Environment Error:"com.hyperion.eie.common.cms.UserNotFoundException: error.userNotFound" (Doc ID 1270443.1)

A copy of a Hyperion Planning application has been created as a duplicate of an existing application in the same environment, using the same Shared Services. After application was duplicated only application owner can login to the application.
In Shared services applicaiton is showing under the unassigned project and cannot be moved to another project. Registration of the application to shared services fails with the following error:
