OBIEE 11g: Error: "[nQSError: 43126] Message returned from OBIS [nQSError: 43126] Authentication failed: Invalid User / Password" When Opening Repository in Online Mode

When you try to log in to Administration Tool in online mode you get the following errors:
[nQSError: 43126] Message returner from OBIS
[nQSError: 43126] Authentication failed: Invalid User / Password
[nQSError: 37001] Could not connect to the Oracle BI Server Instance
The nQServer.log file also contains the following error:
Error Message For ColsanitasAdmin: User not authenticated.
 [OracleBIServerComponent] [ERROR:1]   [ecid: <ECID>] [tid: <TID>] [nQSError: 43126] Authentication failed: invalid user/password.
 [OracleBIServerComponent] [ERROR:1]   [ecid: <ECID>] [tid: <TID>]
This behavior happens too with following users: Administrator / BISystemUser / weblogic
The default repository was changed.
You edited startWebLogic to add the user and password that are requested when weblogic is started. By having that information in the file, there is no need to enter the credentials when you start WebLogic server.
