Error Auto-Matching Intercompany Transactions

User receives error after clicking on log icon in the asynchronous window. After performing a Post All or UnPost All as well as other ICT tasks an asynchronous window appears which shows completion status. There is also an icon for the log file which you can select. When the task is finished if you select this icon you should see something like

"Intercompany Transactions Results You must refresh the process transactions screen for changes to be reflected.
The operation completed successfully."

Instead user is getting the following error:

An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator.

Error Number:-2147467259
Error Description:The stylesheet does not contain a document element. The
stylesheet may be empty, or it may not be a well-formed XML document.
Error Source:msxml6.dll
