DRM Error: "Process Manager Login Is Locked out" when Starting DRM Service (Doc ID 1286115.1)

Error seen in the Event Log tab of DRM Console after you try to start the DRM service:

"Process manager login is locked out"


None. DRM may not have been used for a long time.
