Bad Response Times and Excel Crashes OR File Doesn't Save in SmartView 184.108.40.206.01

You may see some or all of the following symptoms:
- When using large workbooks, users are not able to obtain or submit data
- Excel times out and crashes
- Smartview disappears from their tabs completely and when reinstalled, it is totally disabled.
- Some users may see the error: "This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that this program was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address."
On the web server, the Windows Event Log (Application) shows such errors:
Exception message: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: count
Exception message: The remote host closed the connection. The error code is 0x80072746.
