Symptoms

Hyperion Planning hangs when attempting to open an application (same for all applications).

The following error messages are shown:

<Connection Pool "planning_datasource" using Driver: "Oracle JDBC driver", Version: "11.1.0.7.0-Production".>
<[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'>
<1295957357548> <BEA-000628> <Created "1" resources for pool "planning_datasource", out of which "1" are available and "0" are unavailable.>
<BEA-001128> <Connection for pool "EPMSystemRegistry" closed.>
