OBIEE 11g: Error: "An Exception is thrown: FailedAuthentication : The security token cannot be authenticated." when Using ADSI Security Provider

You have set up ADSI security provider with your OBIEE 11g installation. But whenever you try to log in to Answers or Dashboard, you get the following error:

This error message is seen even when the Services are restarted.
You have set an ADSI user as a BISystemUser. This user has been set up in EM > Security Provider Configuration, Security Credentials and in Application Roles, as well as, Console > Admin Global role.
