Discoverer reports that worked just fine with E-Business Suite 11i are not populated after upgrading to E-Business Suite R12, even though FND_GLOBAL.APPS_INITIALIZE is issued from "Initialization SQL Statement - Custom" profile option.
Upgrade from E-Business Suite 188.8.131.52 to R12.1.
