Symptoms

When starting Discoverer Desktop Edition you get the following error or something similar :




You have tried the solution as stated in
<> Discoverer Administrator/Desktop 10g Crashed Due to Corrupt mfc42.dll File,

however, replacing the file from a working PC does not resolve the solution.

Changes

No changes have been made, it seems this issue randomly appears
