OBIEE 11g: Weblogic Microsoft ADSI (Active Directory) Case Sensitivity on OPSS Application Roles

You currently have MS Active Directory (ADSI) set up where the Authenticator is WebLogic.
When logging into OBIEE, a user defined as "JDoe" in ADSI, can log in by typing "jdoe" (i.e. in lower case).
The issue arises when "JDoe" is added to an Application Policy.
For example, say we add "JDoe" to the "BIAdministrator" Application Role.
When "JDoe" logs into OBIEE, entering the name is lower case (i.e. "jdoe"), it authenticates but does not pick up the BIAdministrator Application Role.
If JDoe logs into OBIEE as "JDoe", this does pick up the BIAdministrator Application Role.
Is there presently a setting in WebLogic to make this comparison case insensitive?
