Refresh in Smart View Causes Columns/Rows to Change

All imported Planning forms to Smart View and associated data cells could be shifted and data integrity affected when Data Connection for Form(s) is saved with "Default" alias table and Excel workbook saved with "None" alias table.

When refreshing sheets in Smart View with multiple tabs in a workbook, columns shift to the right causing the report to be invalid.   With only one active tab, refreshing causes rows to be shifted down.
