OBIEE 11g - Unable To Login Into Presentation Services (Doc ID 1303345.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.3.0 [1905] version, Analytics


The "weblogic" user keeps getting locked out often. To fix this, they have to delete that user and recreate it – resetting the password did not work.

They have a new 11g install and a customer RPD and webcatalog which were not upgraded from 10g. All the development was done in 11g.
They want a better solution than deleting the user everytime, because they keep losing all the reports you created for the Admin user.

Please note that the "weblogic" user can login to EM and console. This user cannot login to OBI URL.

They created a new user instead of "weblogic". This user also gets locked out.
