Symptoms

The following error occurs when running OBIEE installer on Linux 64-bit. The installer is linking files and progress bar is at 92%:

Error in invoking target 'client_sharedlib' of makefile
'/u01/app/bimiddle/Oracle_BI1/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk'. See '/u01/app/bi/oraInventory/logs/install2011-03-10_12-23-43PM.log' for details.

The following error appears in the install.log file (installYYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SSPM.log):
