Unable To Change Password in the Essbase Connect Dialogue via Excel Add-In, Getting Error: "Insufficient privilege for this operation" (Doc ID 1306580.1)

Symptoms

A native user was created in Shared Services with Read or Write access to a specific Essbase application. In the Excel Add-In when trying to use the option Change Password in the Essbase Server Connect Dialogue, the following error message appears:

"Insufficient privilege for this operation".

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Launch Shared Services and use Console Management.
2. Create a new Native user as TEST1.
3. Provision it as:
Select EssbaseCluster-1 and select Demo application and choose 'Write' privileges.

4. Click Save and OK.
5. Open the MS Office Excel 2003.
6. Select Essbase menu.
7. Choose 'Connect' option.
8. Type Test1 and password. Able to connect and see all the applications.
9. Select DEMO and click on 'Change Password'.
10. The following error message is displayed:
"Insufficient privilege for this operation".
