Symptoms
File permissions set in the Financial Reporting Batch Scheduler are not being applied to the resulting Financial Reporting objects.
Permissions are set when using the FR Batch Scheduler wizard and in the Destination dialog box.
It affects any permission set, ie: read, full control, etc...
