Symptoms

You sign into EPM Workspace and run a Financial Reporting (FR) report.  Once it completes, you try to change one of the POV selections and kick off the modified report.  A blank page results followed by the error:

An error was encountered when processing your request.  Please check the web server logs for additional details.
