Symptoms

When attempting to start Discoverer Plus / Viewer 11g session the Connection page displays the below error instead of the expected defined Public and Private connections.

Changes

The database password for the <user_prefix>_DISCOVERER_PS user was recently changed/expired, or the user is suspended.
