FDM Drill Through URL Invalid Because of an Extra Trailing Character
(Doc ID 1318895.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 23, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Financial Data Quality Management ERP Integration Adapter for Oracle - Version 11.1.1.3.00 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When using FDM ERPI 11.1.2 to load data (e.g. from Oracle EBS R12) into Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.
- The data load is OK
- The cells in Hyperion Planning are correctly tagged as "drillable"
But trying to use drill-through results in the error message
"There was an error retrieving a drill-through URL. Check the log for details".
The drill-through definition in EAS contains a trailing character, alone
on the second line of the definition. This might be a "1" or an "e" or something else.
Editing the URL and removing this character restores normal drill-through functionality. However, the next data load results in a new trailing character, and the problem has to be fixed by hand again.
