User cannot login to 9.3.3 workspace with different user accounts from same desktop using different IE8 browser sessions. Below are the steps to reproduce this problem.
1. Open IE browser session
2. Login to 9.3.3 workspace using user "admin"
3. Open new IE browser session
4. Type 9.3.3 workspace/interop (Shared Services) URL and hit enter. As soon as "enter" is pressed, this new IE session disappears and first IE session comes into focus.
