When running the EPM 11.1.2.1 InstallTool.cmd installer, the command prompt window flashes and the installer does not start.

The following error is seen:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 11/1/2/1\EPM
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: 11.1.2.1\EPM
at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:200)
