Symptoms

You have just installed Reporting And Analysis 11.1.2.1 and have migrated content from a 9.3.3 system.  When you try to run a report, access the Database Connection Manager, or create a new database connection, you get the error:

8001: Error Loading DatasourceList To Repository.
