Financial Reporting Error "5201:unexpected error creating query to database in CreateCubeViews" When Opening Reports with Essbase Substitution Variable. (Doc ID 1324951.1)

Following the installation of Financial Reporting patches, users are not able to open Financial Reporting reports with substitution variables. The following error is generated:

5201:unexpected error creating query to database in CreateCubeViews:[1144] error:Error Getting Object[App\asia\cube\asia\SV][1033] Native:1051085. Unrecognized resource id 1024[(1051085): your access right are insufficient to obtain this substitution Variable])

If the reports are opened with a user that has Essbase Administrator privileges, the problem is not experienced. Reports without substitution variable do not have this error.
