Oracle Express Server Is Not Coming Up (Doc ID 1325875.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Express Server was moved to a new server on Sparc Solaris, the Expresss service does not start up, it is giving the following error in OESevent.log:

[       1]     3 05/22/2011 11:17:34 Paging Mgr ETC 1399D - Opening New DB /app02/app/oesymcp/oeshome/olap/oes634/service/express.db.
[       1]     3 05/22/2011 11:17:34 Init/Term Mgr ETC 1373 - sessionInit: open of express.db failed.
[       1]     3 05/22/2011 11:17:34 I/O Mgr ETC 1359C - ERROR: Oracle Express Server cannot be started because the express database cannot be accessed. Check file or path permission mode.

Changes

The Oracle Home of Express Server was moved to ZFS file system.
