Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
 The repository and web catalog have been upgraded from using 'UA' tool.

Some users, migrated using 'UA' tool from or new ones created in 'Web Logic Server Administration Console' are not able to sign in:

An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator.
