Symptoms

When Performing Lifecycle Management (LCM) migration of Planning artifacts the following error messages are displayed:

Unable to connect to <APPLICATION_NAME> ensure the application is up and running and the user has the appropriate rights to access the feature.

Failed to connect to "http://<servername>:80/HyperionPlanning/servlet/HspLCMServlet" while performing explore/listing of application - "ECMI".
