Symptoms
When attempting to start the Essbase server the following error occurs:
"Exception in thread MSAD java.lang.OutOfMemoryError GC Overhead limit exceeded"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Essbase via the Windows services control panel using OPMN or using the startEssbase.bat/sh script.
2. The error above will appear.
