Users are unable to login to Financial Close Management (FCM) or access its artifact via Shared Services Console. When trying to login, the system returns the following error:

The Authentication for xxxxx failed. Please enter valid credentials.

When trying to access the FCM application artifact in the Shared Services Console, the error displayed is:

EPMLCM-37020: An error/exception occurred while performing the operation. Cannot copy contents into file.
