RA Framework Web Application Crashes Due to Usage Tracking. (Doc ID 1334441.1)

Symptoms

Raframework web application crashes which results in users not been able to login to Workspace. The following error message will appear in the raframework0.log:

Thread-49 "[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '3' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" <alive, in native, suspended, waiting, priority=1, DAEMON> {
