Goal

How to workaround Export to Excel issues that only occur in Discoverer Plus from a Windows 7 client using IE version 8.0.7600.16385, but does not occur on IE 7 or Windows XP IE version 8.0.6001.18702.

This can help with formatting issues and issues where Excel spreadsheets do not open after export.
