How to Separate HFM and HFMofficeProvider into different IIS 6 Application Pools

Goal

The default installation of HFM puts HFM and HFMOfficeProvider (Smart View) into the same application pool in IIS.

The main reason that you would want to perform the below steps is to isolate the HFM Web component from the HFMOfficeProvider (Smart View) component.  By separating them into different application pools, you will keep problems with HFM web component from causing a problem with the HFMOfficeProvider web component.
