The Weblogic Admin Server logs can be found in %EPM_HOME%\domains\<domain_name>\servers\AdminServer\logs directory.

Modification to the Security Realm of Weblogic, We added the Active Directory to Weblogic and re-ordered the directory search order. A reboot of the server/services may have made this issue surface. Changes like this require that the Weblogic Admin server be rebooted.
