Financial Reporting Reports Fail To Display Any Results In HTML Or PDF (Doc ID 1345703.1)

Symptoms

When you sign into Workspace and attempt to preview a Financial Reporting report (in either HTML or PDF format), the resulting page is blank.  There is a yellow exclamation mark in the corner of the browser window which, when double-clicked, displays errors such as the following:

- All users are all reports (including new ones) are equally impacted.
- In the FR Studio, the Print Preview feature successfully works.
- All the FR services appear to be working and all the required ports are open.
