Unable To See The Planning Application Listed Under The Independent Providers

Planning Application was not listed when connecting through Independent Connection Provider.

This happens in Planning web as well. This occurs if there are clusters enabled and few applications are registered with the different cluster name, however; they all should appear from the workspace link.
