Symptoms

You are trying to connect to the web catalog using catalog manager in 11g in online mode. The following error occurs when using https://server.domain/analytics-ws/saw.dll:"

Unable to connect to OracleBI Presentation Server
javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException:
{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}SAWSessuibService is not a valid service. Valid services are:
{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}SAWSessionService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}WebCatalogService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}XmlViewService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}SecurityService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}CondtionService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}HtmlViewService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}IbotService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}JobManagementService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}MetadataService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}ReplicationService,{urn://oracle.bi.webservices/v6}ReportEditingService

Changing the URL to https://server.domain/analytics/saw.dll returns the following error:

Unable to connect to OracleBI Presentation Server.
com.sun.xml.internal.ws.wsdl.parser.InaccessibleWSDLException: 2 counts of InaccessibleWSDLException
