If Active Directory users have identical common names (for example, John Smith) but different sAMAccountNames (for example, jSmith1, jSmith2, etc.), assigning one Active Directory user to a native directory group causes all users with identical common names to be assigned to the native directory group. You cannot permanently delete such user assignments; they reappear when you reopen the group after deleting unwanted user members.
