Hyperion Planning Exchange Rates Appear as 65535 When Retrieved via Essbase (Doc ID 1362436.1)

Symptoms

 In Hyperion Planning 9.3.1.1.x versions, exchange rates entered via Hyperion Planning do not get sent over to Essbase database. The loaded rate values appear as 65535 in Essbase.

The problem occurs when the exchange rates are loaded in Hyperion Planning exchange rates tables with the divide operator option.
