"440 AUTOMATION ERROR" When Exporting Data to HFM (Doc ID 1363402.1)

Symptoms


Users are getting an "Automation Error" message when exporting data to HFM.
They access FDQM through a link created in HFM (https://fdm.prod.intranet/HyperionFDM/AuthorizedPages/LogonPage.aspx?AppName=XXXXX).  Single Sign-On (SSO) is selected in the link.

The FDQM_user_error_log.err has the following errors:
