You are looking to populate e-mail addresses in user profiles in your system. You have:
- Populated the mail attribute in your LDAP for a given user
- Logged into OBIEE as that user
- Clicked on 'My Account' and then 'Delivery Options'
But you are unable to see the user's email address. So you cannot use it within OBIEE, for example to send alerts.
