Symptoms

You are looking to populate e-mail addresses in user profiles in your system. You have:

  1. Populated the mail attribute in your LDAP for a given user
  2. Logged into OBIEE as that user
  3. Clicked on 'My Account' and then 'Delivery Options'

But you are unable to see the user's email address.  So you cannot use it within OBIEE, for example to send alerts.
