Symptoms

Installed OBIEE 11.1.1.5 on Linux x86 64 and configured (LDAP) Active Directory setup. Almost all users can login successfully. However, a few users experience issues while logging in to OBIEE 11g dashboards.
The browser does not show an error and the issue is that the BI Server temporarily crashes.

The bi_server1 Managed server goes to 'ADMIN' state and resumes back after few minutes. Sometimes the status shows ' Force Shutdown unable to restart'.

The Stack trace shows:
"[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '18' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" waiting for lock netscape.ldap.LDAPSearchListener@xxxxxxxx WAITING
java.lang.Object.wait(Native Method)
java.lang.Object.wait(Object.java:485)
