Cannot Create The Domain Name While Installing Informatica 9.0.1 hotfix 2 (Doc ID 1364066.1)

Symptoms

Environment : Informatica 9.0.1 hotfix 2

1) Installing Informatica 9.0.1 (hotfix 2) on Windows 2008 R2 machine
2) After installing the software getting error while creating the domain.
"The PowerCenter 9.0.1 installation fails with the following error in Informatica_9.0.1_Services.log:
OutPut : [ICMD_10033] Command [defineDomain] failed with error [[INFASETUP_10002] Cannot create domain, operation failed with error: [INFASETUP_10000] /data/Informatica/PowerCenter9.0.1/tomcat/conf/server.xml (No such file or directory).]."
