Symptoms

<Timestamp> <Warning> <oracle.ods.virtualization.engine.backend.jndi.DefaultAuthenticator.BackendJNDI> <OVD-xxxxx> <Remote server unreachable and marked inactive:<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>.>
<Timestamp> <Error> <oracle.ods.virtualization.engine.backend.jndi.DefaultAuthenticator.BackendJNDI> <OVD-xxxxx> <[#DefaultAuthenticator] Unable to create connection to ldap://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT> as null.
javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: <HOSTNAME>:<PORT> [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty]
