Symptoms

Environment : Informatica 8.1.1. and BI Apps 7.9.5.1

1) In the session status we see Error failed to prepare task.
Log events from Integraion service log are:

ERROR Fri Sep 23 05:58:38 2011 7454 LM_36320 Workflow [SDE_<CustomWorkflowName>]: Execution failed.
ERROR Fri Sep 23 05:50:30 2011 4627 SF_34031 Client application [], connection [129]: received an invalid object.
ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:30:51 2011 1543 REP_12400 Repository Error ([REP_55114] Reconnecting to the Repository Service [REP_SERVICE_NAME]. The resilience time is 180 seconds.)
ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:30:51 2011 1543 REP_12400 Repository Error ([REP_55101] Connection to the Repository Service [REP_SERVICE_NAME] is broken.)
ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:30:51 2011 1543 REP_12400 Repository Error (Connection to the Repository Service [REP_SERVICE_NAME] is broken.)

Log events from Repository service log are:
ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:37:53 2011 1 CNX_53104 Couldn't open port (6001) to listen for incoming connections.
ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:36:56 2011 1547 CNX_53021 Received an invalid request.

ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:34:29 2011 1543 CNX_53021 Received an invalid request.
ERROR Fri Sep 23 04:34:13 2011 1 CNX_53104 Couldn't open port (6002) to listen for incoming connections.
