Symptoms

After configuring external database authentication using SQL Authenticator for OBIEE 11.1.1.5.0 it is not possible to log in to OBIEE Analytics. However it is possible to log in to EM and WLS Console.

You have followed the instructions in Note 1338007.1 -  How To Configure OBIEE 11g To Authenticate Using a Database Identity Store (SQL Authenticator), but the issue still occurs.
