Symptoms
- Russian characters are not displayed correctly in a text box in the Financial Reporting Studio, displayed as ???? characters
- Russian characters do not display correctly in the Print Preview in the Financial Reporting Studio, displayed as ???? characters
- Russian characters are not displayed correctly in pdf preview in the web, displayed as ???? characters
The FR servers have a Latin-based operating system i.e. English US operating system with the regional settings set to Turkish
English and Turkish characters display correctly.
English, Turkish and Russian characters all display correctly in html view in the web.
