Symptoms

You are trying to add a second datasource to a grid but errors are being thrown. For example, HFM is the first datasource for the report, and trying to add Planning or Essbase as a second datasource (for certain rows or columns) triggers the problem.  When you then run the report the following error message is displayed: "2006: Remote server exception has occurred. Please review client and server logs for details."

You select OK and save the report after establishing the dimension mapping. When trying to run the report in Workspace, you receive the following error: "Error executing query: Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member Current Point of View for Entity used in query]".
