Unable to Add Members to Year Dimension in Hyperion Planning 11.x (Doc ID 1368924.1)

The following error occurs when attempting to add a new member to the Year Dimension:

Member FY<nn>already exists

It is also noticed that the Year Dimension members are no longer in the correct sequence, for example: FY10, FY14, FY11, FY12,FY13
